Featured image: Kloosterkeuken (Cloister kitchen) is a drypoint etching print on paper by Austrian photographer and engraver Ferdinand Schmutzer (1870–1928). This charming print was executed in 1908 and signed by Schmutzer himself. If you don’t recognize this etching, you might recognize Schmutzer’s photos of world-famous subjects from the early 20th century.
